***NOTE, the next Deep Bass Breathwork Experience is going to be at a new venue this time (Healing Connections Wellness Center)***
Deep Bass Breathwork features a diverse spectrum of music from the 140/Deep Dubstep genre (slow tempo, rhythmic, beat-driven, bass centric music- like high-tech, modern shamanic drumming).
The foundational aspect of the breathwork journey utilizes a mix of conscious, connected rhythmic breathing, and breatholds (kumbhaka). On top of being highly ecstatic, deeply meditative, and at times even psychedelic, this practice is also designed to improve general breathing function, and empowers participants in how to experience balance in the nervous system and cultivate a more optimal baseline state of consciousness.
This practice will (at the very least) leave you feeling refreshed and centered, and you will leave with experiential knowledge of how something as simple and accessible as breathing can be utilized to improve your stress tolerance, emotional regulation, energy levels, focus and attention, sleep, and overall performance in all areas of your life. So join Matt for his Deep Breath Breathwork Journey, and experience the power you have to cultivate greater states of health, vitality and love, simply by breathing!
